To send a message:

1. Dial the code for the function you want.

2. Then dial the number.

If your correspondent is not answering his phone, but you know he has a pager:

dial the code for the

function.

The display screen will confirm that he is being paged.

You can also page the other person directly, by dialling the code for the

function followed by his pager number.

He will be able to contact you from any phone in the company.
